[Debian unstable & kernel 2.6] no network

ok, so here's my problem, I installed Debian Linux on a vmware machine within windows xp, everything worked fine, switched my stable sources.list to unstabe, ran apt-get update and upgrade and installed kernel-image-2.6.6-k7. After that i rebooted and everything worked well @ kernel 2.6. Only one thing I cant find setting up: My network card (virtual vmware ofcourse)

I know that there is a command to include the vmware network driver in the kernel, but i just can't remember it

Excuse me for my bad english and im not that good @ linux, but managed to install debian unstable with gnome etc on my old pc

My system configuration isn't interesting because it all has to run in vwmare, if u need any more information, just ask me

Thanx In advance
