[Debian] pppd ip-up.d script and renewed IP from ISP

Hello,
I've a pppd connection in a Debian box (3G modem) and everything works fine, but after a few days connected my ISP seems to be forcing an IP renew/assigning me a new IP. -- I'm not sure what's really happening, the only thing I know is that after a few days the IP at ifconfig ppp0 interface is different.

I've an ip-up.d script to fix some routes and iptables everytime the system boots and connects to the 3G network however by some reason (probably my misunderstanding of something) when the ISP changes the IP the script isn't called. (But it's working fine at system boot).

How can I make it be called for just an IP change?

Thank you.

After two weeks without an answer, maybe you should request this thread be moved to the programming forum. Good luck.
