*.com problem


mandrake 10.0/suse 9.3.
i have connected to internet by an proxy server.i have an problem with "www.yahoo.com" account but i can login to "www.yahoo.co.in" server account.
This is only with linux not a problem in windows.So is there any idea for this?

i am getting the error like this.
