Welcome to Linux - Mobile

As the description says, this forum is for the discussion of all topics relating to Mobile Linux. This includes Android, LiMo, Maemo, LiPS, Moblin, Ubuntu Mobile, Open Mobile Alliance and other related projects. This is an area where Linux adoption is accelerating at a rapid rate.

J, On a more informative position. ROOT may want to add a note as to whether Mobile includes or excludes Laptops for other mentally challenged newbs :study:

I don't see anything standing in the way of having a sticky with that content if it ever becomes necessary. But for now, the thread description and title make things pretty clear IMHO (perhaps Jeremy has a different point of view). Plus on the forum listing page, Mobile sits right below Laptop, so confusion should be minimal I think, especially if a member takes a few seconds to read the descriptions. That said, even forums with an explanatory sticky get lots of wrong-forum posts. It's something that happens for all sorts of reasons - it is what it is.
