Depending on what you'd need it for why not install one of the existing monitoring suites (Nagios, PRTG, Zabbix, etc, etc) on a server that offers a mobile app or web frontend for mobile users?
i need web front end for mobile users .. we have already configured nagios dashboard and using aNag application ..
