Sorry, what I meant to say was:
The SIM card you put into a WWAN card (that's the module in your computer, like a Wifi card etc.) is no different from a telephony SIM card.
If you put in one that provides mobile internet - solely or in addition to telephony - via contract or prepaid model, NetworkManager's MobileManager has a wizard that usually knows how to register it.

Once you got something like that, NetworkManager's MobileManager has a wizard that usually knows how to register it.

Is it possible to clone Micro SIM data to a WWAN card? (Image attached)

The SIM is just for Data, not for voice, though you might be able to do voice via VoIP. I'm not familiar with your Tablet, but I have a Samsung Tablet and it comes in either WiFi or SIM versions which requires to use SIMs from specific carriers such as Verizon, at&t, T Mobile, etc.
