What app/tool is everyone using to root Andriod?

amani 08-24-2015 02:09 PM

towelroot if it works

otherwise I want to know.

But if a user can get a root shell then the device is rooted in principle

Towelroot is a one-click root tool. There are other methods to root an Android device, especially if it is a Nexus or a Samsung.

On my Galaxy Tab 2, I had to use Odin (a desktop utility). There are some devices that can't be rooted, so do your research.

Root tool

Hey Everyone:

So, I've finally found and used z4root. It was TOO easy. A "one-step" method. OK, so now, before I upgrade the O.S.,I need to know what is that latest distro that this phone will accept/run? distro i.e. ICS, kitkat, jellybean..etc.. I do need a distro with a designation of at least 4.0 so that I can use the CHROME browser.
THANX:
RICK
