own android on smartphome


hy

i dont use smartphone at all mainli becaouse his security. i like do staf on my own, and have one smartphone around in house and i was curious is it possible delete whole system same as hard disk and install own android or any linux mobile software like ubuntu mobile, i saw tutorials about installing ubuntu mobile on top of existing android, but is it possible wipe phone and instalit from scratch like os on pc.

Or check into 'cyanogen' on the Google. There are MANY forums dedicated to helping with hacking phones. Be sure to have your current firmware version and your phone model number noted so searching for information is easier. Small version/model number differences make a huge difference.

Be aware that this process is lengthy and complicated for many phones, and attempting to replace the OS may permanently damage or brick your phone. With that said - good luck!

thanks for quick replay. i didnt have a time so far to dig into this but looking this phone in house for year now and its time to broke it or made something from it.
now i just make reasarch.
