Map Factor Navigator, no go

Good day, I downloaded Map Factor(beta) Navigator for Android in Sydney, with free maps, but when I type in a destination, it reads 'cannot find', it should only need the GPS and maps, but even outside it does not go.

Can anyone fix this?
