LQ Mobile will not work - "Error: Required client information missing."

I have installed the "LQ Mobile" app on my Alcatel Onetouch Pixi smartphone and it gets as far as the "Error: Required client information missing." error message.

I tried clicking on the "Skip for now" option in the login screen for the app, as well as logging in to LQ via the app and still get the same error message. I can login to LQ without issue on my desktop PC, no problems.

To try and fix it, I tried:

Settings > Apps > LQ Mobile > Clear data
Settings > Apps > LQ Mobile > Clear cache

None of the above worked, same error message appears.

Some OS and Hardware details:
Android 4.4.2 (kernel: 3.10.17-00001-g5bbob97-dirty)
Hardware version: M11

Don't know what else to try...

Hopefully someone who knows more than myself, can tell me what I'm missing here.
Thanks in advance!

We apologize for the inconvenience. We're rolling out an update that should address this issue now.
