The Question is sometimes coming: Slow Android System?

I was wondering so far why mobile phone can run so slowly. Test was performed on new ones (actually expensive android phone to be more specific). Performances aren't still astonishing when several "windows" or "apps" are opened.

I did a full clean restore. Still with so much power inside, mobile phones may run slowly.

What could be the origin of it?

Can settings make it responding much faster?

What makes you think it is running slowly ?
Sometimes my Android using Firefox seems slow but really it is the pokey DNS resolver on the wifi connection I happen to be using.

you may like to search the XDA forums where you may find someone has rooted your phone
b) put a newer kernel on it and/or changed the governor
c) stripped it of useless APKs

Naturally you void your warranty and try at own risk. Secondly you miss out on Official updates OTA.

In the meantime you can install busybox and terminal and run commands you already know to check whats hogging your system,

Hopefully you mean "has a rooted (custom) ROM for your system" ... :p

I use Nexus 6P with the basic google system and it runs fine without all the eye-candy vendors shove on it. Gets an update (mainly security fixes) every month OTA. Suits me.
My old Nexus 5 has had various CM and basic google on it, and it also runs just fine. Still.

What the specs of your phone?

I have an HTC One M7 with 2 GB ram. It's going on to about three years old and I have noticed no slowdown. I do reboot it every two or three weeks to clear out the dustbunnies.

I notice that my Priv does sometimes have glitches switching between apps and opening the hub but they're pretty consistent and haven't got any worse recently, and the last upgrade I had was a few days ago.

Near impossible to answer as each phone is so drastically different. I have a Nexus which runs pure Android (well, it's supposed to be at least), it's impossible to compare it to say a Galaxy which has more garbage than OS in there by the time their done with it. But in the end, no different than any OS, tons of unneeded stuff, too much always running when it shouldn't etc. FIRST thing I do with every phone when I do switch is root it, clean it of all the garbage and in most cases replace it's kernel with one tweaked for battery life and efficiency. The two biggest factors are things at startup that shouldn't be and never ending wakelocks wiping out your battery.

Sometimes i noticed that my mobile phone is very slow ,there are so many reasons like memory is full or virus problem. I don't use Tablet and only focus my android phone .

How many applications to you have running? Apps that you've used and left may still be running in the background in a sort of suspended animation.

I have also noticed that Firefox for Android runs significantly slower than the other browser I use (Naked Browser). The issue might not be the phone, it might be the programs you are running.

I'd say return to factory state and apply all updates but you usually can't do that since NO one has updated Android. Might be the worlds worst security disaster. Thanks google.

If you want android then take a hammer to this one and buy latest that is from trusted maker with latest android on it.

Guess it can't hurt to return to factory state to see what happens. Be careful about any programs that you add in. Less is more.
