Is there GPS navi for advanced purposes?

Hi,
I already checked popular freeware offers for Android but they all turn out to be just for everyday cars. Anyone know any for custom vehicles(igo is not free) and custom road selection(tolls, autobahn, average, dirt etc.)? So that we can enter custom data and it will calculate specific routes for that?

Of course if there are anything but not for Android or share then it shall be checked out anyway.

BTW: Is there even anything this related online available from PC?

Have you looked at OsmAND~ (from F-Droid)? It has some different options available for route planning (what types of roads and such) and also you can create a gpx route in another program and import it if you like.
