Hello and welcome to the forum

From what I see here, it doesn't appear so. However, I'm not completely sure this includes Pepperflash. Other members may know more about this issue and chime in.

it's essentially the same chrome browser as on your desktop, so i don't see why it shouldn't come with pepperflash.
