how can i learn to program for android vulnerabilities

I will be learning myself, I will be obliged for putting me in the right direction, I know it will be difficult and long way, tell me the easiest and shortest way to go,I just need to find vulnerabilities and find a way to exploit them.
Please help me understand, like what does the below para means and what can I do to get root access.

""In avrc_proc_vendor_command of avrc_api.cc, there is a possible out of bounds write due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to remote code execution with no additional execution privileges needed""

I am 40 and not so brilliant,
sorry for inconvenience.

Thanks

I have no any idea what do you need now. Finding vulnerabilities is not an easy task, you need to learn a lot. They are not documented and [usually] do not exist intentionally, but because of a failure (implementation related problem or something similar).

From the other hand this forum will not give you any help on any illegal activities, see the rules.

Registered 13 years ago and this is OPs first post. Odd.

OP - if you have to ask how to get root access, you have some learning to do and not from asking in a forum. Heed pan64's words.
