I'm on Fire OS, a fork of Android.
I'm using a Fire HD 8, 10th generation. I'm using Amazon Alexa 2.2.476712.0 When I call Alexa's name, nothing happens. I've tried setting the "wake word" and can find no such setting. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling by setting my app to the factory default version and again updating.
