[project] install fedora-22 on a nexus-7

i just ebay'd meself a nexus 4, because it is on the list of supported devices for ubuntu phone - and so is a nexus 7!

so, interesting links.

i'll go for ubnuntu phone first, maybe when i bricked the phone or get bored with ubuntu i will try fedora...

nice. now i'm thinking of installing ubuntu (not ubuntu-touch) on a nexus-7.

and installing fedora on a nexus-5.

i tried multirom on my nexus-5. it gives me a five second countdown (defaults to internal) and then it boots to a black screen.

Unless there's a compatibility, you'd probably want to do Fedora 23 as Fedoras have quite short lifecycles

Ubuntu touch is full-fledged Ubuntu with a touch GUI. You can install Unity 7 on it, but it won't matter much come April. By then, you should be able to run things like GIMP and VLC from the tablet interface, which will be functionally identical to the desktop interface.
