What was the first question?

How can I tell Linux Mint to get this fixed?

It begs the question how many are using Mint 19.2 32 bit why has this not been found before now.

I have to tell customers now with 32 bit versions to install 19.1 and then upgrade.

OEM which does work is not an option as this would not be what customers want though you can get there in the end.
