I'm running synergy plus with Slackware as my server and Linux Mint as my client machine but there is a lot of lag on the mint side.
Using ping between the computers produced a steady output of 0.265ms on average and using:
shows that synergyc is always within the top 5 processes and quite frequently switching between itself and firefox in the number 1 spot.
the system logs show an endless stream of
Code:
Apr 5 18:48:45 client Synergy+ 1.3.4: 2010-04-05T18:48:45 WARNING: failed to con
nect to server: server already has a connected client with our name#012#011/home
/nick/Projects/synergy-plus/cmd/synergyc/synergyc.cpp,266
On the server side the syslogs show
Code:
Apr 5 18:53:11 server Synergy+ 1.3.4: 2010-04-05T18:53:11 WARNING: a client wi
th name "ariel" is already connected ^ICServer.cpp,280
I have synergy+ set up according to the synergy autostart guide
linked here.
What I want to know is how can I make it stop trying to connect to the server again after it has already been connected?
