Sound at startup
 

Before switching to Mint, I was a Kubuntu user. I had a setting to give me a system sound at startup. With Mint, I can't seem to find this setting...

Still having the error in Kmail, where I move something into a folder for safe keeping and it shows up once again as "new" in my email list. Dunno if that'll ever be fixed...

I followed this tutorial to restore/enable the login sound. I use MATE, and the instructions worked for me.
