Overall Accessibility in Linux Mint?

Hello folks:
I was wondering what Linux Mint brings to the table as far as accessibility is concerned. Does the Cinnamon edition come with a screenreader? If so, can it be accessed on the live CD for a blind-accessible installation? What other desktops, if Cinnamon doesn't have it, does Mint offer for accessibility?

I'm sure it does I use Debian (of which Mint is based on) and it's all available here, here are some links for you: (from The Linux Documentation Project)
best wishes and have fun.
