This sounds familiar:

Again, your question isn't clear; what do you mean by "no save working"??? What are you trying to do, how did you do this installation, did you install with persistence, etc?? We can't guess.

I assume that you mean persistence with a live USB.

Maybe you did not install Mint at all, but are running the Live session (that's the deafult when you create a bootable Live medium): all changes disappear after a reboot.

I suppose it did make the persistence it says it did.
Wonder if its because its a BETA and its something that requires sorting.
No save working means switch off computer and start again, no changes saved.

How did you make Linux Mint on USB persistent?

pianoforte361 06-30-2020 11:23 AM

The install on the pen drive was made by universal installer.
Linux pendrive installer, with persistent file config included on install.

So your problem is with the universal installer software.
Not sure which tutorial you followed?
Maybe you missed one or two steps, or something went wrong?
You still aren't telling us very much.
Or just try again

I think that things go wrong when its fat32 file system its installing on.

Thank you all for the replies.
