There are several versions of this computer. According to the specifications given by Fujitsu all of them, except the version with the D1931 mainboard, should run fine out of the box with any recent Linux, no drivers needed. The version with the D1931 mainboard has a Broadcom network chip built-in, it may be possible that you have to get extra firmware for that, after that it should also run fine.

The Linux Mint DVD or CD?
When you run the DVD/CD you can install the drivers from the screen or go to Menu/Administration/Hardware Drivers (Linux Mint)
You does not have to fine drivers for your hardware-ie Windows as most drivers are installed.
Hope this help, or did i miss the point of your Question?
