How to move a program icon/shortcut

I installed a program called MediaInfo via the package manager.
It has installed it in All Applications. Can I move it to Graphics, to start it from there?

Right clicking gives me the chance to add it to: panel. desktop, favorites
When I tried favorites, it added it to the very lefthand side of the icon column.
I did try clicking and dragging from the LHS, but then it disappeared. It's still in the All Applications list though.

It installs it into Sound & Video by default. Seems more reasonable to me than Graphics.

However, if you still want to move it, right click on the Menu button and select Configure..., then the Menu tab, and then Open the menu editor. Click on Sound & Video, then MediaInfo, and then Cut. Click on Graphics and then Paste. Finally, click on Close and close the window. Job done.

Edit: Note that this applies to the Cinnamon version of Mint.
