Have malware in Dual booted Windoze/Mint clamav does not find it.

Have infected Windoze and trying to remove it. Ran Clamav on the windoze found nothing.

Any other way of running malware on the Linux to fix the windoze?

I need to run a chkrootkit on the windoze is there a command for this from Linux or rkhunter command?

Any help will be appreciated.

The Kaspersky Rescue CD is a Linux CD.

Or you can use a commercial program like from Avira.
