Dual Boot With Mint&Kali - Booting Problem

I've installed Mint 17 Kali 1.0.9 several times but with no success, I've tried installing Mint then Kali normally, Boot repair Disk to fix it,tried making a fresh format with Gparted etc. all which didn't work. tried searching it out but with no good direction to follow.
Having two OS's should be a easy to install but this one is killing me, i'm all for learning and trying myself i just need a direction.

Here's some Boot info:Boot Info Script e7fc706 + Boot-Repair extra info [Boot-Info 31Jan2013]

It might help if you indicated what you can do now. Are you able to boot either Mint or Kali? It looks like you have grub in the mbr pointing to the Kali install on sda5 but there is no way to tell. You have Mint on sda1 and its boot files there but there are NO menuentries in the grub.cfg so that won't work, particularly because you do have menuentries in the grub.cfg of Kali but NO entries again for Mint. Not sure how you managed that or what happened. If you are able to boot Kali, I would first try booting it and running: sudo update-grub or grub-mkconfig and see what output you get.

Thanks for the help yancek what caused the problem was by installing mint first then using Gparted to clean the extra 50GB for Kali that i forgot to format since it was in ext4 then on the free memory i installed kali, that was my last try.

I had to format everythig and install mint again since i wasn't able to get into kali or mint just got stuck at grub, but i can't boot kali now...

Master boot record should be on the begging from what i've read now but i only had a space for Mint, Kali and a swap space for Kali. Should there be a specific space for MBR?

Another question what does this mean
Syslinux looks at sector 16392 of /dev/sdb1 for its second stage. The integrity check of Syslinux failed.

Also here's what you asked:

update-grub

The master boot record is sector 1 of a hard drive and there is nothing you have to do about it other than install part of the Grub boot code there which will then point to the system partition from which you installed, the partition containing the boot files.

The syslinux message is in regard to the bootloader on the medium (CD/DVD/flash) you used to install.
The first link you posted in the last post is the grub.cfg from Mint and only shows Mint in the menuentry.
The second link in your last post with the bootinfoscript now shows you have created an Extended partition (sda1) and inside that you have Mint on a logical partition (sda5) inside the Extended partition as well as a swap partition (sda3).

So Mint should be bootable and you no longer have Kali installed. Is that what you wanted? If not, you will have to shrink the Mint partition (sda5) as it is now using the entire Extended partition and create another partition for Kali. If you do reinstall Kali, select to install its bootloader to the partition on which it is installed which should then be sda6. After doing this, reboot to Mint and run: sudo update-grub
