Changing Desktop Environment Background LInuxmint 17.2 Rafaela

I am setting up Linuxmint 17.2 Rafaela KDE. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the desktop background. I'm able to do so in almost all the other distros I've used or looked at. What am I missing? What don't I understand yet about this linuxmint 17.2 Rafaela KDE? I'd appreciate any help I can get.

In VM of PC-BSD running KDE 4.14.x, I just tested.

Try this: Right-click on an empty area of the desktop and select Folder Settings, then go to View. "Wallpaper" settings are there.

That worked just fine. And I thank you very much for your help.

Thank you. Folder settings, etc... worked just fine. After so much time trying to figure that out I am enjoying this moment of resolution. Again, I thank you.

Putting it under "Folder Settings" is hardly intuitive. Indeed, it makes no sense whatsoever.
