Can't Rip DVD's on Mint 10

Anybody have issues riping DVDs on LM10? I'm using thoggen. I've used it without issue on this computer when it was running Debian Squeeze. I've got libdvdcss2, ffmpeg, and all the codecs I can think of installed. I can play DVDs just not rip them. When the screen comes up where it would show the movie as it was ripping it's just blue. You can see the drive accessing but it never actually does anything.
