App windows faded out on desktop

Hi there,

I am running LMDE 2 with Cinnamon desktop, on and off randomly the app windows faded out on the desktop, that is, when I open an app, the window becomes mostly transparent can't read at all, but the main menu has no problem, I can't find a fix to the problem except reboot, any idea ?

Which theme are you using?

Does this happen with all windows or only particular ones?

I only have one desktop setup, I can only access the main menu, I am using the AgingGorilla 'Glass-Glaucous-Classic' desktop theme, I can try other theme, but the problem does not come out every time so takes time to check. The hidden windows are almost invisible just a shade of gray at the desktop when I start any app

Thanks joboy. I would recommend that you change the theme to the default Mint theme (you'll have to live with it for a little while), and see if the problem re-occurs.
