Sorry. You still gotta double click the image to get the full size resolution. \/\/

ondoho 08-12-2017 01:18 AM

folks, you have to learn to use thumbnails as links to fullsize images.
most image upload sites offer a readymade string for insertion.

(also it would be nice to link to the actual image, and not another webpage that requires another click and javascript just to see the actual image, but that's just me)

Full size, Full size but with just the wallpaper. And last but not least the wallpaper picture itself

Linux Mint 18.2 Sonya with the Cinnamon desktop running on my nearly 6 year old laptop. And apart from the slow boot (traditional hard disk) it still runs like a charm :)

KDE Neon, User Edition running from USB. Also some random widgets I dragged onto the desktop. I didn't think it would ever run stable on this machine, but here we are. RAM use is high, but that might be the way this setup on USB works. Also, the greyscale font rendering actually looks pretty good these days. I'm impressed with how good this works and looks. :)

Windowmaker WM on Void Linux

Windowmaker, one of my favorites because it is easily configurable, light and fast. A bit odd but so am I so it fits :) This is on my massive 34" Dell. Running compton, conky and nothing else except slock for screen locking.

^ cool...

windowmaker on a hires screen, that makes a lot of sense actually.

The giant icons don't take up much space that way - I know I can resize them but it looks good with the stock 64x64's.

This is the Thinkpad X61 running FreeBSD 11.1-RELEASE-p4 that serves as the music source to my vintage stereo system and .mp3 player:
