xinerama and nvidia geforce go

I have a Dell Inspiron 8500 w/ an Nvidia Geforce 4400 Go. With WinXP, I can have dual monitors, that is, a separate monitor w/ different windows and such. I've configured XF86Config as shown in this site. The only thing I'm having problems with is the "XFree86 -scanpci" command. When I stop X and execute the command, I get no output.

Hmmm... I used that same how-to to set-up one of my crates, its built for 2 cards, 2 monitors, where you actually have 1 card.

First, I recommend trying out the Nvidia GUI configurator toy and the nvidia drivers, they thoroughly rock. As far as I can tell this guy should be able to handle twinview...

Cheers,

Finegan
