Xgl/Compiz dont show/work on Vaio VGN-FS550 on SUSE installation

Folks, this is the first time that I install Linux on a machine in six years. Cant get the Xgl/Compiz to work and it seems not to have been installed in the first place. Cant find them.

Any pointers would be extremely helpful.

Many thanks in advance.

I really doubt xgl and compiz are on the default install of Suse, since they are still beta and experimental.

Second link on google on "Suse xgl" :
