Xfree86 Locking up on Thinkpad R31, Mouse moves to top-right corner!
 

Well, I installed College Linux on this Thinkpad R31.
Every few minutes after I go through CTRL+ALT+F1,F2 and then back to F7, XFree86 Usually locks up.
And whilst I'm moving the mouse, it suddenly goes to the top right corner of the screen by itself, or when I'm presented with some options, sometimes they are accepted on their own.
How can I fix all of this?
When I mean Xfree86 Locks up, the computer gets hilariously slow and shows Terminal Screen 1.

And I forgot to note, Windows close by themselves!
