Wireless Issues: Dell Inspiron 640m. Ubuntu 11.04
Every time I reboot, the wireless works fine. (Note that my wireless hardware switch is turned ON when I do this.)
Now, if at any point I turn off the wireless switch and turn it back on, it doesn’t work. Strangely, this is a problem only with wifi. Bluetooth functionality works just fine under a similar exercise. So if I switch off the wireless, the only way to turn it back on is to reboot. Thoughts? Fenn. |
After you turn it back on, what does the command "rfkill list" show?
