Wireless connection Dell Inspiron 1520

Hi all
I am using Dell inspiron 1520 with Intel Pro/Wireless 3945. I could not connect to wireless. Could anybody help me?

Forgot to mention, I am using scientific linux with Kernel 2.6.18-8.1.3.el5xen
