windows dissappered

Hi, everyone. I really need someone's help here. I posted a thread before saying when install slackware linux on my laptop(ibm t30), when i booted my up, no operating system is found. someone helped me saying i didn't install lilo properly. i didn't that, now what happens is lilo only detects one operating system, so i can use my linux, and the partition for my windows is not shown under linux. 20 gb hard disk under linux has become 10 gb. and vice versa, if i install windows again on its own partition, linux is undetected. can someone tell me why? i have only got one hard disk, can i only set one partition to be the primary partition.

you have to edit your lilo config file and add correctly your windows partition. I use slack to and you just have to run the liloconfig script and write your partitions right, like i dont know realy why but you cant use spaces..like i tryed to name "windows xp" and it doesnt works but if u use "winxp" for example it does...dont know why..
