Which LINUX on Acer Aspire 3003 WLMi?

Hi,

Could anybody give me advice which Linux distribution to chose on Acer Aspire 3003WMLi? I may prefer Fedora Core 4. Does anybody tried it? Are there any problems? Any instructions?..

Marijus

check out tuxmobil.org. There is a list of installs on various computers, this will allow you to see what other people have installed on this laptop, then you can make a decision.

hehe... I think you mean, www.centos.org

Anyway,

A friend of mine uses SuSE 9.3 on his Acer 3000 series laptop and it runs quite well.
From what I understand, he's upgraded it to SuSE 10 OSS, and has had no problems. (but I have not seen it running 10 yet, so I'll just report for 9.3)

what kind of card do you have? You may need ndiswrapper, not another distro. Just a though before you go through the install process again.
