Which Distro/s have 100% success on E1505 ?

Hi All,
This is my first post so be gentle. I have been using unix/Linux for about 5 years now. I used Red Hat 9 Pro in a desktop. But I am completely new to laptop especially with today's new Linux world.

I am wondering if anyone have 100% success on any distros without much tweaking ? I know there are issues with wireless and sound card and I do not have time to deal with those. I am looking for a distro that works right out of the box and someone already been using it. I have Kubuntu 606, suse 10.1 and fedora 5 at my disposal,
Yeah yeah yeah .. i am lazy ..

This is my dell's spec.

Already have Ubuntu dual boot with Win MC. But am not familiar with how it installs software. Everything i need to add, it gives me "software has no channel"

No issue with Dell E1505 with Ubuntu 6.06 such as wireless nor resolution. Not sure if it detects dual core. Device manager does not show anything.
