Where did my video memory go?
On my Toshiba laptop I have an ati radeonXpress200m video card. As stock, it uses 64mb of 256mb system memory. Some time ago I doubled that, and as promised it went to 128mb of 512 mb. Some time since my last linux upgrade, it has re-allocated itself back to 64, and given the rest back to the system. As I said, this is a toshiba, and so I dont have bios options to change it back. In fact in windows it uses a little ati utility to allow you to choose. I am at a loss! I want to steal it back.....any ideas?
