what is the best laptop specs for Linux/Java/MySQL?

Hi All,
I am planning to buy a laptop that has the following configuration : Intel Pentium M 1.7GHz, 512 MB DDR RAM, 60 GB SATA HDD. I would like to know if the processor speed and the RAM is enough for a Linux Installation (like Fedora Core 3/4/5) with the latest Java Dev Kit, along with probably MySQL. Or should I go for a higher model?
