Question VIA C7-M Processor working under linux?

I'm thinking about buying this laptop and use it as part of a kiosk solution. This is the link: Laptop with C7 processor

We will be using a program called webconverger http://webconverger.com/
Can linux run on VIA C7-M processor?

Do you have any other thin client suggestions?

Thanks

The VIA stuff seems well supported in Linux, it is x86 compatible so nearly any distro should run on it without issues.

VIA C7-M is no problem in Linux. I have a cheap notebook with this processor and with a standard Slackware kernel the processor can use the kernelmodule e_powersaver and is stepping between 400 and 1500 MHz without any problem.
