vertical and horizontal refresh rate of presario 2568 AI

Hi,

I bought compaq presario 2568 AI laptop. But it seems there is no part of manual that tell me what horizontal and vertical refresh rate? I try googled. But there is no information telling this.

The monitor is XGA 14. What is the most safe option for vertical and horizontal refresh rate for this laptop?

Thank you.
