Unable to turn on C640 Dell Latitude after Installing Puppy 4 Dingo to HD??

Ran Live CD version Dingo, used wireless PCI card. Work fine Surfed for about one hour. Saved session to HD, also updated seamonkey to current version. The machine will not charge the battery an/or turn on now. Also ran Live session with pfix=noram machine has 1Gig Ram.

I would try removing the battery, remove the power cord, and leave it alone for a few minutes. That should discharge the capacitors on the motherboard.

Then plug in the power cord but not the battery. Then see if it will start.

If that doesn't work then I suppose is possible that the CPU overheated and is dead. Do you have any time left on your Dell warranty?
