Toshica Tecra 520CDT-problem


i have a big problem, i tried that KNOPPIX CD but it still will not boot up, "Invalid System Disk, Replace the disk, and then press any key" i opened it up, took out the HD the said to myself...that wont fit into my pc, oh yeah its a laptop...SO anyway am i screwed? The thing doesent have a floppy, only cd rom. I cant make a succesful boot cd, message still comes up. ANyone?
