Thumbs up TOSHIBA satellite 350CDT "installation problem"

good day!!! im having a installation problem with my laptop - TOSHIBA satellite 350CDT(pentium mmx)...I just can't BOOT my Red Hat Linux 7.3
1. I already adjusted the boot sequence inside the BIOS - "cdrom>floppy>hdd"
2. It was still not booting???
3. I created a bootdisk...I boot up in the floppy - OK
4. I just hit the ENTER
5. then it gave this error...
Boot failedlease change disks and press enter

but my installation disk is OK...because I tried it my pc and it works and my laptop cdrom is also OK.
