thinkpad t20 and OpenGL video acceleration

Hi folks. I haven't had much luck on finding information concerning thinkpad t20s and OpenGL. I haven't found much using google either. I am testing it out with quake 3. I am not really much of a gamer but this old game would be worth having on my laptop. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks goes out to Bathory for showing me this link
