Check out PocketPuTTY: http://www.pocketputty.net/

Brilliant app, use it myself!

PocketPuTTY is a great free option for Windows Mobile.

There are also free java SSH clients, but your mileage may vary with performance.

If you'd consider low-cost paid options, there are more and more featured options, still.

about ssh clients for mobile devices

hey you guys,

i'm in big need of a ssh client for remote acces to my server, i have windows mobile6.1 on my pda.
i've tried pocketputty, zatelnet, etc. but non did what i need it to do.

as i run shoutcast and activeworlds software on my server, i need to use a ssh to startup those 2, on my pc i use winscp that does everything perfect.
it has an inbuild terminal for entering commands

you can download the winscp for free and this are it's feature:

-Graphical user interface
-Translated into several languages
-Integration with Windows (drag&drop, URL, shortcut icons)
-U3 support
-All common operations with files
-Support for SFTP and SCP protocols over SSH-1 and SSH-2 and plain old
FTP protocol
-Batch file scripting and command-line interface
-Directory synchronization in several semi or fully automatic ways
-Integrated text editor
-Support for SSH password, keyboard-interactive, public key and
Kerberos (GSS) authentication
-Integrates with Pageant (PuTTY authentication agent) for full support
of public key authentication with SSH
-Explorer and Commander interfaces
-Optionally stores session information
-Optionally supports portable operation using a configuration file in
place of registry entries, suitable for operation from removable media

i'm in big need of a proggie that does all this, if it's free good but if i have to pay for it thats ok to.

Pocketputty is great but it does not work on my htc with windows mobile 6.5. If I start the connection it gives me whit blocks as return instead of text on the screen. So it has to be a config I think but can't find it. I tried different font types but still no go.
