Sound on Tecra 8000 under SuSE 9.0

Hello there,

I have an old Toshiba Tecra 8000 that I have just fitted a new hard drive in. I have installed SuSE 9.0 on it. The only problem I have is with the sound. I have followed many procidures that I have found on the web but none of htem have worked. Has anyone here any ideas please.

Thanks

I had the same problem with my tecra 8000 and I was fixed automaticly when I updated the kernel from 9.2 to 9.3.
