Sound Card & Ndiswrapper Help


This might sound like a dumb question but I know you can use ndiswrapper for windows drivers for wireless cards... Can you use ndiswrapper for drivers for sound cards because I am having so much problems with my sound on linux and I can't figure it out everytime I try something new nothing happens if someone out there knows anything about sound for a Hp 4420us laptop and can help me I would appreciate it!!! Thanks in advance!!!!
