Hello ,,,
i have installed Lenny on my vaio recently and i,m not very experienced in Linux ,,, i faced many issues ,,

the functional buttons doesn,t work at all like CD eject, volume increase and decrease ,brightness switching and playing buttons ...etc
i have nvidia driver installed ,but still the buttons doesn,t work ,, on the other hand ,Gnome running sound playing and volume stuff well .
i tried to install Sonypi,Sonykeyd,Sonyctr as well ,but i failed to get them work !!!
another problem that confused me :
i,m connected to the internet through University network with a router connected to ISA server ...
the problem is when i try to ping or wget or any Bash command internet related ,i got message unknown host.
eventhough i have already configured the /etc/resolv.conf
file and wrote "nameserver myDNSipAddressHere"
but, i connect in iceweasel very well just in it
i mean pidgin or any internet based client doesnt work !!!
