I've got the same model laptop, I've got everything working except for the touchscreen and modem, I'm working on that and USB now.

Touchpad drivers:

http://web.telia.com/~u89404340/touc....html#Download

Wireless Drivers

ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/
(use the windows drivers with this)

Video drivers

http://www.winischhofer.net/sisdri.shtm

what version of linux are you using? is your Kernel configured properly?
If your kernel is configured properly, then you should run:

xorgconfig

from a shell. if it says command not found, the file is usually found in

/usr/X11R6/bin/

what you need to do is run that and setup your video card, or if you know about the config file (/etc/X11/xorg.conf) You can change the settings manually.

I'll let you know if I get the touchpad working, and don't forget that when you compile a new kernel, you have to pass nomce to it in order for the laptop to boot up, otherwise you'll have a Kernel panic
